ROH New Vision Workforce Development

ROH Workforce Development targets at-risk adults ages 18 and older, emphasizing re-entry and veteran populations. New Vision focuses on identifying and building capacity that allows participants to enter the workforce in jobs and careers, providing economic stability above the poverty level. Part of ROH’s vision for New Vision is providing participants with real and tangible skills employers are looking for and securing employment opportunities for participants in careers that provide a livable wage. ROH provides expanded services to youth ages 15-17 through Youth Employment Readiness and Entrepreneurship programs. These programs will be held after school hours.
