ROH New Vision Workforce Development

Focuses on identifying and building capacity that allows participants to enter the workforce in jobs and into careers providing economic stability above the poverty level. Key activities for this program include Work Skills 101, Education and Vocational training, and strengths-based assessments, transportation to and from job interviews.
